STATUTORY COMPLIANCE UNDER VARIOUS LAWS
A business establishment is required to comply with various Law by seeking registrations and maintaining records under the various laws. My Hr buddy helps the business entities and the employers by maintaining various records and educating them on various issues on statutory compliance. Some of the activities which an establishment is required to do are:-
1. Shops & Establishments Act 1988
a) To Ensure Shops Establishments Act Certificate renewed on time
b) To Ensure all the registers are maintained under Shops & Establishments Act
c) To ensure all the Abstracts of the Acts and other Notices are displayed on the Notice Board
d) To ensure that Labour Welfare Fund is paid for the previous Calendar Year
2. Contract Labour (R& A ) Act - 1970
a) To ensure that amendments in licenses are made as and when required
b) To Procure/ Renew labour License
c) To ensure that Contractors pay the Minimum Wages to the Contract Employees
d) To ensure that Contractors shall maintain all records and registers under Contract Labour Act
e) To ensure that Contractors shall pay ESI and PF Contribution before the due dates
f) To Ensure that Contractors shall file all Returns in time
g) To ensure that all the Contract Employees shall possess PF and ESI numbers
h) To ensure that the Contractors pay the Wages to Contract Employees before 7th of Every month
i) To ensure that the pre Audit of records and registers are conducted before attending the Client Place
j) To ensure that the Audit of records and registers are conducted periodically
k) To ensure that to attend the Audit of records and registers at Client Place
3. Minimum Wages Act - 1948
a) We ensure that Contractors shall pay the Minimum Wages to their Employees and revised Minimum Rates of Wages as and then revised
b) To Ensure that IPM&SL shall file Form III Annual Returns before due date
c) To ensure that Abstract of Minimum Wages Act is Displayed on the Notice Board
4. Payment of Wages Act - 1936
a) We ensure that Contractors shall pay the Minimum Wages to their Employees and revise Minimum Rates of Wages as and then revised
b) To Ensure that IPM&SL shall file Form IV Annual Returns before due date
c) To ensure that Abstract of Payment of Wages Act is Displayed on the Notice Board
d) To ensure that the IPM&SL and its Contractors shall pay the Wages before 7th of Every month
5. Maternity Benefit Act - 1961
a) (1)To Ensure that the Abstract of the Act is displayed on the Notice Board
b) (2) To Ensure that Airtel shall file Form L,M,N and O Annual Returns are filed every year
6. Other Issues
When the Inspections are are conducted by the Authorities under various Act we are ensuring the every thing properly placed
